The project consists of construction of renovations to the existing facility. Renovations and remodel work includes but is not limited to replacement of floor finishes, addition of new entry vestibule and ADA compliant sliding doors, creating new librarian office and activity work room, re-arrangement of library shelving throughout, new staff restroom and existing restroom fixture replacement, HVAC upgrades. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, tools/equipment, services and associated work for this project as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received by Marshall Public Library until the date and time listed below, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Meeting Date: September 17, 2018.
